THE MISSION AND VISION FOR ARMY COMMAND AND NAOWA HOSPITAL
The mission of Army Command and NAOWA Hospital, Abuja (ACNHA) is to render competitive and quality health services to service men, their families and the general civilian population. My vision for the ACNHA is to become a one-stop-shop and model facility for specialist care showcasing superlative resource management (human, material and financial) focused on achieving durable solutions and clinical excellence through evidence based and international best practices.
This aligns with the visions of the Chief of Army Staff and Corps Commander Medical for the ACNHA which is to have the highest standard of care that will redirect medical tourism and foreign medical referrals through the provision of world class services in a healing ambient and pristine environment.
My goal therefore is to improve health outcomes, patient satisfaction and hospital rating by creating an enabling environment for high performance teams while leveraging on results oriented local and international collaborations; fostering innovations, medical research, staff development and professional growth. All strategic objectives are to, at all times, re-iterate client-centeredness, empathy, courtesy, respect, timeliness and holistic services for clients in an atmosphere that ensures rapid healing.
