Most of the activities of the department are clinical Registration/Documentation of Individual and families.
The Staff in the Unit
All the staff in the unit are professional Health Information Managers/Health Information Technician, Licenses by Health Records Officers Registration Board of Nigeria.

- Consultative clinic unit

Consultation Procedure: On arrival at every unit, you register at the reception if its your first time or present your patient Hand Card to HIM Reception officer who will retrieve your old card.
The Health Information Manager believes that the care for sick (patients) families and friend should be done with respect and care.
Ensure and maintain patient’s confidentiality at all times.
The hospital in currently migrating to full Electronics Medical Record System (EMR).
