Dr Unachukwu Francis is a Seasoned Doctor of Optometry (O.D) with vast experience in both clinical Optometry and public health in eye care. He is an experienced Chief Optometrist and administrator having worked in both private and government establishments.
He currently serves as the Head of the Eye Clinic at Army Command and NAOWA hospital.
