Deputy Director HR (DDHR)

FUNCTIONS:

• Supervises all the activities of the civilian staff.
• Staff Recruitment procedure selection into different departments and inform the successful candidates.
• Assisting in actual placement and salary in accordance to qualification and years of experience.
• Assist in maintaining Standardization and maintaining uniformity in the printing of Patient Folders, Forms, Cards, and Charts etc.
• Organizing meetings to pass down management policies and procedures or operations and assist in preparing Bi-weekly Paramedical presentation.
• Maintain discipline and decorum in the Organization.
